Fifteen-plus years in recruiting, ten of them in management and operations, six embedded inside tech startups — FinTech, HealthTech, and TalentTech among them. I've worked both corporate and agency, across tech, renewable energy, skilled trades, commercial construction, banking, manufacturing, and oil and gas. Different industries, same job: find great people, build teams that work, and scale organizations that hold up.

I've been on both sides of the table — running recruiting functions, standing up operational infrastructure, and co-founding a company where GTM strategy and hiring weren't two problems, they were one. That's where Handoff comes from. The overlap between people, process, and growth is where I do my best work, and it's usually the messy, early-stage stuff nobody else wants: broken pipelines, undefined ICPs, no playbook, no time.
